Por tales razones los objetivos de la presente investigacion fueron la realizacion de la cartografia estructuro-tectonica-litologica y geologica de la region a partir de la interpretacion integrada de datos geofisicos (gravimetrico, aeromagnetico, y de espectrometria gamma aerea). La interpretacion de los diferentes canales de espectrometria gamma aerea permitio concluir que: los mayores valores de uranio se observan en formaciones geologicas con altos contenidos de grafito (materia organica); todas las rocas metamorficas poseen valores elevados de torio y; los valores mayores de potasio se vinculan a las granodioritas, las brechas magmaticas, asi como a las rocas acidas de la Formacion La Bruja correspondiente al Cretacico superior cenomaniense. A partir de la interpretacion del mapa ternario y las combinaciones de los radioelementos, se identificaron con mayor precision las principales unidades litologicas y su naturaleza en el area. Como resultado final, se confecciono un mapa con la interpretacion integrada de todos los datos geofisicos que permitira realizar la etapa de exploracion en los sectores mas favorables de localizar mineralizacion sulfurosa de metales base y preciosos (Cu - Pb - Zn ± Au, Ag). EnglishThe geological works that have been carried out in the Rhodes-Fomento region focused on mineral prospecting have been different, however, the structural-tectonic and lithological cartography has not been realized from the use of geophysical data, in order to substantiate the reconnaissance works proposed for the most favorable sectors to locate mineralization. For these reasons, the objectives of the present investigation were the realization of the structural-tectonic-lithological and geological cartography of the region based on the integrated interpretation of geophysical data (gravimetric, aeromagnetic, and aerial gamma spectrometry). The interpretation of the different channels of aerial gamma spectrometry allowed to conclude that: the highest values of uranium are observed in geological formations with high contents of graphite (organic matter); all metamorphic rocks have high values of thorium and; the highest values of potassium are linked to the granodiorites, the magmatic breaches, as well as to the acid rocks of the La Bruja Formation corresponding to the Cenomanian Upper Cretaceous. From the interpretation of the ternary map and the combinations of radioelements, the main lithological units and their nature in the area were identified with greater precision.
