Abstract

When there are destinations with characteristics of an unparalleled singularity such as the city of Monteria in the department of Cordoba Colombia, it is worthwhile to put in value all the primordial resources that exist in it, taking advantage of the boom of the Tars (tourism in areas Rural tourism, agrotourism, ecotourism, cultural and adventure tourism), which has its origins in new trends in demand, destinations away from traditional circuits in the search for new experiences and greater demands on environmental quality.
