Abstract

The topic of the present article is a conceptualization of the notion of contemplation and will develop its reflection around three principal questions: (1) What is the role of desire in contemplation? (2) Is it we who contemplate, or the god who contemplates in us? (3) What is the relation between contemplation and the rest of human life?
