Anthropological Appraisal in Gender and Sexual Violence Matters

Abstract

Anthropological appraisal is a scientific tool required by the law as evidence for the prosecution and administration of justice system on socio-cultural and bio-cultural reality of people and communities. This tool turns out to be useful for forensic identification, for law diversity interpretation, cultural differences and social inequality where gender related violence appears.
