This includes the case of convex domains in <span>\\({\\mathbb {R}}^d\\)</span>, containing and generalizing previous results by P. Kröger. Abstract

In this paper, we obtain optimal upper bounds for all the Neumann eigenvalues in two situations (that are closely related).
