Cultural and civilisational fractures of the global world

Abstract

The article raises a number of topical problems and offers an original explanation of their nature. This opens up new opportunities to overcome such problems in the context of globalisation through cultural and civilisational policy of different states, including Russia. In this context, special attention is paid to cultural and civilisational foundations of social systems. The author analyses conditions, when differences in the cultural and civilisational development of various societies become detonators of social instability and 'colour revolutions'. The article offers a fresh vision of international sanctions as of an alternative to military confrontation, and an opportunity to overcome problems peacefully.
