Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical application of irradiated homograft costal cartilage (IHCC) granule transplantation for the pyriform aperture sunken and deformity in the facial contour. Methods From August 2016 to November 2017, a total of 29 female patients were received IHCC transplantation to the face contour. The standardized photos were taken before and after the operation and then survey of patient satisfaction was conducted. 放射性同种异体肋软骨颗粒移植治疗面部梨状孔凹陷畸形的临床应用

目的探讨辐照同种异体肋软骨颗粒移植治疗面部梨状孔凹陷畸形的临床应用。方法自2016年8月至2017年11月，共有29名女性患者接受了面部轮廓IHCC移植。在手术前后拍摄标准化照片，然后进行患者满意度调查。结果29例患者中，术后21例患者对IHCC移植满意。术后5例轻微突出，深部可触及明显束。在手术的早期阶段，通过手法将软骨颗粒弄平。3例术后效果不满意，二次移植后效果满意。结论IHCC颗粒移植治疗梨状孔凹陷畸形，可提高面部整体协调感和抗衰老能力，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。关键词：肋软骨；同种异体移植物；辐照同种异体移植物肋软骨；面部轮廓；梨形孔凹陷畸形
