In this study, the researcher used the quantitative approach and collected data by online questionnaire consisting of (45) items, (28) items from Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (Form 5X) and (17) items from Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17). SPSS version 23 was used to analyze a total of 71 replies (n=71) from various government entities working in Tabuk. The findings revealed that leadership styles and practices have a considerable impact on employee engagement in Tabuk's government entities. All coefficient Correlations are significant at the 0.01. From the results of the linear regression coefficient, so according to our findings, there is a direct correlation between leadership styles and employee engagement.
