A mixed methodology is applied through the application of a questionnaire and discussion groups. The results show that progress in each competence is revealed by the significance of the difference between pre-tests and post-tests. There are improvements between the mastery shown at the beginning and at the end of the training model as exhibited by text content analyses performed in the discussion groups. Abstract
