Abstract

胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘继发感染患者病情重，病死率高，治疗难度较大。本文报道了一例将"经腹膜后入路腹腔镜下坏死组织清创术"应用于胰瘘继发感染治疗的患者，并取得了较好的效果，为胰瘘继发感染微创治疗提供了新思路。
