Abstract

Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of fungal infection about Shuanghuang burn ointment in vitro. 双黄烧伤膏对常见感染性真菌有体外抗菌活性

目的评价双黄烧伤膏对真菌感染的体外抗菌活性。方法用含菌琼脂平板分离白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、白色念珠菌、白色白色念珠菌、烟曲霉、黑曲霉、黄曲霉和根霉。应用改良琼脂扩散法，以双黄烧伤膏、克霉唑和酮康唑为原料进行培养。观察菌株的生长状况，测定抑菌圈的直径。结果双黄烧伤膏在根霉培养基中形成明显的抑菌环，与克霉唑、酮康唑相比有显著性差异（P＜0.05），在曲霉菌和念珠菌培养实验中，双黄烧伤软膏不能形成明显的抗菌环。结论双黄烧伤膏对体外培养的根霉有一定的抑制作用。对念珠菌和曲霉菌无明显影响。关键词：真菌；烧伤；中医药；双黄烧伤膏
