In times of quarantine and social distancing, online strategies are necessary to enable the access to healthcare. This work aims to present mind-body therapies, through telemedicine, as a resource for the decrease of number of injuries, and the promotion of health in times of quarantine and social distancing. Methods: The ideas that are shown in this paper are based on contents of articles that had been published in scientific journals, and that had been complemented by the theoretical and practical knowledge of the authors in this area of knowledge. Results: Studies show that online mind-body therapies can provide positive effects on physical, mental and emotional components that are related to health in different contexts.
