Abstract

We have previously reported analytical methods for the quantification of catecholamines (norepinephrine, epinephrine, and dopamine) via simple pretreatment using a monolithic silica disk-packed spin column with an attached phenylboronate moiety. However, under certain conditions, splitting in the dopamine peak was observed.
