At this time, the rolling stress is small, and the bonding quality is the best. Cu cladding Fe sheet of the above-mentioned production process was taken into annealing experiments, SEM and an energy spectrometer were applied to photograph the surface morphology and the element distribution. The interface thickness was calculated by the diffusion distance of Fe and Cu elements, and the interface morphology and mechanical properties were combined for judgment. 叠层铜包铁薄板冷轧结合过程的有限元模拟与实验
