Abstract

Marcelle Trote Martins is a Research Associate at the University of Manchester and a Visiting Research Fellow at Liverpool John Moores University. She has a PhD from the University of Manchester and master’s and undergraduate degrees in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She teaches at the University of Manchester and the University of Liverpool.
