The researcher used an exploratory qualitative approach to investigate the ethnic and cultural factors that contribute to the success of first-generation Hispanic entrepreneurs. Abstract
Hispanic-owned businesses are the fastest growing in the United States, and their growth contributes significantly to the creation of jobs, business ventures, and economic activity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role that culture and ethnicity play in the success of first-generation Hispanic entrepreneurs.
