Abstract

ABSTRACT Knowledge Bases and Related Tools (KBART) is one of the most successful National Information Standards Organization (NISO) recommended practices. Formally supported by over eighty organizations across all stakeholder groups, it enables a standardized transfer of data between content providers and knowledgebases.
