Open and closed questions showed that face-to-face contacts are preferred over online communication. Online communication was mainly seen as a (meaningful) addition. Although professionals wanted to continue some of their work remotely, and found this efficient and workload-reducing, they felt that this could impair their job satisfaction and the quality of care. For remote work and remote treatment, each task needs to be evaluated on whether it can be performed properly and whether that results in good care.
