MGUS and coagulopathy characterized by a prolonged APTT has rarely been reported. Here, studies noting elevated monoclonal immunoglobulins and coagulopathy have been reviewed. Abstract

Bleeding is a common complication after lower gastrointestinal surgery, and cases due to coagulation dysfunction are rare.
