Sarah Wright MS and Neuroinflammation, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK In this issue of the journal, Dam et al. report a case of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein–associated disorder (MOGAD) myelitis following vaccination with ChAdOx1 nCoV-19. More than 3 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines have now been administered worldwide, and this case illustrates the rarity of postvaccination-associated MOGAD.
