Abstract

A meningotheliomatous meningioma was discovered in the right cavernous sinus of a patient who had complained of pain in the right retro-orbital area, along with a blurred vision in the right eye. A right craniotomy was performed, although only a partial resection was concluded because of the nearness of the optic nerve and other major vessels.
