Abstract

This decade has seen remarkable advances in the field of high-throughput single cell techniques. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has proven to be a powerful strategy to study the heterogeneity in clinical samples, providing an unbiased approach to uncover the characteristics in different cell subsets.
