银屑病是一种慢性、复发性炎症性皮肤病,其特征是角化细胞异常增殖、血管增生、炎症细胞浸润到真皮和表皮。人们普遍认为银屑病的核心发病机制是T淋巴细胞功能障碍,而T淋巴细胞功能障碍受遗传和环境因素的复杂相互作用影响,包括创伤、感染、压力、药物、吸烟和饮酒(Nestle et al., 2009)。环境诱导的表观遗传变化,包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和microrna,已被证明参与了该疾病的发病机制(Zhang et al., 2012)。
