In this protocol, we have described reverse genetics of NDV to be used as a vaccine vector by exemplifying the recovery of NDV vectored avian influenza virus vaccine. Abstract

Newcastle disease virus (NDV) is an economically important pathogen in the poultry industry worldwide.
