[ADVANTAGES OF CALIPEROMETRIC ASSESSMENT METHODS OF FAT DEPOSITION IN CHILDREN].

Abstract

The aim was to assess the nutritional status of children by skin fold measuring (caliperometric) method. In surveyed children were found changes characteristic of prolonged unhealthy diet at physiologically inadequate qualitative composition of the diet. It is noted that the benefits of caliperometric method is the ease of use and high sensitivity to changes in nutritional status.
