After treatment with 100 nM clorgyline and 100 nM deprenyl, all four antidepressant drugs inhibit SSAO activity in dog brain. The most potent of inhibition was observed by imipramine, followed by maprotiline, zimeldine and nomifensine. All four drugs are noncompetitive inhibitor of SSAO in dog brain. Abstract
