The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia has produced an Action Plan for Human Resources for 2005-2010, after having performed the analysis of the situation. It is based on the evaluation of the health status of the inhabitants and its internal migrations. The Action Plan is focused on the efforts to meet international standards with respect to the building of human resources in the health sector.
