Microstructure of the cornea in high myopia with confocal microscope through focusing in vivo.

Abstract

We prospectively investigated the changes of microstructure of the cornea in 54 high myopias with confocal microscopy via focusing in vivo. The microstructure of high myopic cornea is different from that of low and moderate myopia, however, whether corneal function would be involved is not clear.
