Cluster analyses were performed by using NTSYSpc version 2.11F and Popgene 1.32 software. The results showed that the genetic differentiation of 5 wild populations of D. zingiberensis was abundant, and 5 wild populations of D. zingiberensis could be clustered by the distance of the position basically.
