Abstract

Objective: To investigate the expression of mACh receptor ml - m5 subunits in the vestibular endorgans of rat.

Method: Gene specific primers used were based upon the rat mACh receptor ml-m5 subunits sequence. Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was carried out on the vestibular endorgans. The PCR products were directly sequenced.
