With perfusion magnetic resonance imaging (P-MRI) and diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) the functional micro-structural analysis of the central nervous system has been made possible. Abstract
Neuroradiology should be regarded as a discipline with a strong focus on integral diagnosis of morphology and function of the central nervous system.
