Abstract

Objective: To observe whether Tutin microinjection into the pontine NPBM respiratory area of rabbit will cause morphological damage to that area two hours later.

Methods: At two hours after the microinjection of Tutin into NPBM, the experimental effects on respiration came to be remarkable and the physiological condition was well, the rabbit was subjected to morphological sampling then.
