Abstract

"The number of people that move to, from or within large cities is, in a relative sense, far greater than the corresponding figure for the other parts of the Netherlands. Big city mobility concerns mostly internal migration. The 1995 migration statistics on sections of Rotterdam show dissimilarities between the different sections of the city with respect to composition and intensity of population flows.
