Abstract

An essential part of every quality assurance program is feedback of findings to physicians so they can improve patient care. The ways in which feedback programs are planned and implemented determines their degree of effectiveness. A central feature of successful programs is active physician involvement. The program described below is a model which has achieved national recognition.
