Down and out in rural America: a health care crisis.

Abstract

In the heart of the country a deepening depression is drastically reducing people's ability to pay for health care. Hard times are responsible for an increase in stress-related illness and injury as well as a shortage of physicians; a recent study says there is no solution in sight.
