Physician compensation: the dark side.

Abstract

As with any medical group, physician compensation can be hard to handle--especially between senior and young physicians. In this case study, the author finds that although there are many options in compensation, so too are there other considerations. This article reflects the options, advantages, disadvantages and conclusions this group reached regarding physician compensation.
