Polymethylsiloxane was used as haemosorbent for directed sorption of myoglobin and haemoglobin from solution and blood. It didn't hemolysate red cells. The high efficiency of those organosilanes for sorption of haemoproteins it was shown. Organosilanes were very good as membrane for immobilization of urease and IgG-specific antibodies to create enzyme sensor and immunosensor based on the ionsensitive field effect transistors.
