A high prevalence of 20% was found and a higher proportion of females wes found to have fractured anterior teeth than males. The 13-15 years age group had the highest percentage prevalence. Tooth fractures occurred more in the upper jaw. Seizure disorders was found to be a statistically significant predisposing factor among this group of children.
