猪自然发生的肥厚性心肌病(HCM)通常以不明原因的心脏肥大和异常的组织学特征为特征(Liu et al., 1994;Dai et al., 1995)。hcm影响心脏的组织学改变具有特征性,可用于诊断该疾病(Dai et al., 1995)。简而言之,这些表现为心肌细胞明显定向障碍,冠状动脉壁增厚伴管腔变窄,心内膜和心肌纤维化。HCM在猪群中的高发病率强烈暗示了遗传基础,因此,台湾养猪研究所已经努力生产一种特殊的HCM猪株。本研究的目的是确定自然发生HCM的猪的超微结构变化。
