Abstract

Southern Derbyshire health authority and Derbyshire FHSA have set local targets for increasing breastfeeding rates and reducing tooth decay in children. Sue Evans describes an initiative to improve local breastfeeding rates by helping all health professionals working within the district to give the same clear and correct advice to parents.
