Abstract

The rat/mouse T-cell hybridoma PC60 was transfected either with hTNF-R55 cDNA, hTNF-R75 cDNA, or both. Receptor-specific stimulation was achieved using agonistic monoclonal antibodies or receptor-specific muteins of hTNF.
