Mechanisms of cerebral infarction associated with aneurysm: elucidation by computed tomography

Abstract

Three patients who developed cerebral infarction in association with an intracranial aneurysm are presented. Analyses of these cases demostrates unique CT findings for each of the different mechanisms of infarction and illustrates haw the CT scan can help to elucidate these varied mechanisms.
