Alexia without agraphia: Localization of the lesion by computerized tomography

Abstract

Computed axial tomography is of great value in lesion localization in patients with aphasia. We discuss a patient with alexia without agraphia where computed axial tomography was of aid in correlating the anatomical lesion with the functional deficit.
