Abstract
Biological fractal dynamics inspire a new route to analog fractional-order circuit design. Bridging biological systems and electronic architectures, an operator-based framework uses the force–electricity analogy to approximate fractional-order behavior with conventional integer-order components. This approach connects the memory and nonlocal effects described by fractional calculus with the physical construction of circuit systems. Supported by theoretical analysis and circuit simulations, it reveals the intrinsic relationship between fractal operators and fractional-order circuits, offering a systematic foundation for the design of high-performance, integrable fractal circuits.
