Abstract
A study of the recovery of nitrile butadiene rubber from latex using copolymers based on N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride is presented. Mathematical design of experiments was employed to obtain a regression equation describing the effects of coagulant consumption, dispersed-phase concentration, and temperature on the recovery of rubber from SKN-40SNT latex. The physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates comply with the specified requirements.
