Abstract

Amidst severe aid cuts, sustaining paediatric HIV care in Africa is urgent. Children and adolescents face disproportionate risks from treatment disruptions. A youth-centred, multisectoral approach-integrating mental health, long-acting therapies, and community-based support-is essential to prevent catastrophic setbacks and protect vulnerable populations from rising infections, neurocognitive decline, and systemic exclusion.
