Abstract
Quantum teleportation is a cornerstone of quantum information science, demonstrating how nonlocal correlations enable the transfer of unknown quantum states without direct physical transport. Conventional teleportation theory typically treats the protocol as an instantaneous process, assuming both the input state and the entangled channel remain static. In realistic systems, however, both the transmitted state and the entanglement channel evolve continuously under their respective Hamiltonians. We investigate deterministic quantum teleportation under coherent time evolution and derive the conditions required for exact quantum state reconstruction in dynamically evolving systems. By incorporating subsystem Hamiltonian evolution into the teleportation process, it is shown that the reconstruction of the transmitted state is governed by the accumulated dynamical phases generated during coherent evolution. Deterministic teleportation can therefore be achieved either under specific phase-matching conditions or through state operations and measurements performed at particular evolution times. The results further reveal that, although entanglement may remain preserved during evolution, exact state reconstruction depends sensitively on the dynamical compatibility between the participating subsystems. These findings provide a dynamical perspective on quantum teleportation and clarify the role of coherent time evolution in determining exact quantum state reconstruction.
