Abstract

The Lung Transplant GO (LTGO) randomized controlled trial evaluated the efficacy of a telerehabilitation behavioral exercise program after lung transplantation compared to enhanced usual care (EUC). We hypothesized that the LTGO treatment condition would show significantly greater improvements in change scores from baseline to 3 and 6 months for outcomes of physical function, physical activity, and blood pressure control compared to the EUC condition. The sample included 88 lung transplant recipients (LTRs) randomized 1:1 to either LTGO or EUC.
