This narrative review synthesizes the literature describing pharmacist contributions to integrative medicine, with a focus on chronic disease management. Evidence highlights pharmacist involvement in diverse practice settings-including community pharmacy, oncology, and cardiometabolic disease-where they provide critical expertise in medication optimization, identification of supplement-drug interactions, and patient counseling. These published findings likely reflect only a fraction of the pharmacist's unique contributions to integrative medicine teams.
