Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) 2025 Statement was issued in April 2025, however, no dedicated CONSORT extension currently exists for integrative oncology. It is therefore essential to provide practical recommendations, grounded in the CONSORT 2025 Statement and in an analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCT) reporting quality against CONSORT 2010, to guide future RCTs.
